Hot parmesan-artichoke dip
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 c mayo
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and onions.
Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Serve with veggies, tortilla chips, crackers or cocktail bread slices.
