    can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

  • 1

    c mayo

  • 1

    c grated parmesan cheese

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 2

    tbsp chopped tomatoes

  • 2

    tbsp sliced green onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and onions. Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Serve with veggies, tortilla chips, crackers or cocktail bread slices.
