Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbl. Honey 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 fresh cloves
  • Sirloin tip roast or steak & chicken
  • White onion, red & green peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate 6 or more hours and fry up w/o juice.
Serve on tortillas with sour cream, lettuce etc.
