Grilled Buffalo Chiken Strips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C crumbled blue sheese
  • 6 TBS sour cream
  • 1/4 C mayo
  • 1 TBS cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 C hot sauce like Franks Red Hot
  • 4 TBS butter melted
  • 1 1/2 LBS chicken tenderloins
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine blue chesse sour cream mayo vinegar and celery salt in bowl. Whisk hot sauce and butter in large bowl and reserve 1/2 C. Add chicken strips to bowl with remaining hot sauce mixture and toss to coat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill over hot fire until cooked throught about 2 mins per side. Transfer to platter and brush with reserved hot sauce micture. Serve with blue cheese sauce.
