Ingredients
- 2 1/2 LBS pork baby back ribs, cut into eight peices
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 med onion slcied
- 1 C ketchup
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/3 C oj
- 1/3 C cider vinegar
- 1/4 C molasses
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBS barbecue sause
- 1 tsp stone-ground mustard
- 1 tsp paprika\
- 1/2 tsp jarlice powder
- 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke, optional
- Das salt 5 tsp conrnstarch
- 1 TBS cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Rub ribs with Cajun seasoning. Layer ribs and onions in a 5 qrt slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the next 12 ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs or until meat is tender. Remove ribs and keep warm. Strain cooking juices and skim fat; transer to a sauce pan. Combine constarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Serve with ribs.
