Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/4 c. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk all above ingredients until well blended. Pour immediately over antipasto salad. Then follow salad directions.
