Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt dash pepper
- 2 Tbl oil 2-4 cups chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups minute rice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms any extra spices desired
- 1 can french-cut green beans drained
Preparation
Step 1
Place oil and garlic (minced) in fry pan and stir fry until browned. Add chicken and stir fry until tender. Add all other ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil; then add minute rice. Cover and turn off fry pan. Serve after 5 minutes.
