Fizzle Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups biscuits biscuit baking mix
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda

Preparation

Step 1

Spread melted butter in a 8x8 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, cut sour cream into the biscuit mix. Add the soda, and stir until everything is wet and comes together. Drop by large spoonfuls, I use a large ice cream scoop, over butter.

Bake 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.

Makes 9 biscuits.
