Mounds (coconut) Balls
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 - 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 - 12 oz. pkg. flaked coconut
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 block paraffin
Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and coconut.
Add melted margarine (mixture will be sticky).
Form into small balls.
Place on waxed paper in airtight container; chill several hours.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.
Dip candy balls and place on wax paper until firm.
