Chicken Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

To chicken drippings, over medium heat, whisk in flour until bubbly. Off heat, whisk in broth. Heat gravy over medium-high, whisking constantly, until boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 1 minute. Whisk in vinegar and soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
