  • 3-4 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1-2 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast



Step 1

1.Slice the avocados in half. Remove the pit. Cut into 1/4" to 1/2" strips (with the skin still on). Peel by hand or with a knife to remove the skin.

2.Combine remaining dry ingredients in a small bowl.

3.Roll the avocado strips in the "breading" mixture.

4.Dehydrate for 1 hour
