Ingredients

  • frozen pizza dough or dough from pizza shop
  • ham, salami or pepperoni
  • sliced provolone or shredded mazzerella
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 350

2. roll dough out lengthwise for one long strombolli

3. layer ham, salami or slicing pepperoni, provolone or shredded mazzerella. put in middle of dough

4. brush all around dought with egg

5. flip one side to middle then flip the other side over and seal together

6. seal ends tight so mothing seeps out

7. put on cookie sheets. bake 350 maybe 30 minutes check in 20

8. when golden brown remove. cool and cut in slices.

9. second choice
roll dough out in a round shape

placen lunch on half of the dough. brush ends with egg wash. flip over the other half. flute the edges together so nothing will seep out. seal lenght. should look like half moon. bake 350 or until crust is golden.
