Ingredients
- 2 Cups broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 Cup Chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons white wine
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teasoon tobasco sauce, or other hot sauce (franks)
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 3 Chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 red or green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 Cup cashews

Step 1
Combine cornstarch, chicken broth, wine, soy sauce, and tobasco in small bowl. Cook chicken and ginger in hot oil. Remove from pan. Saute broccoli, red or green pepper, mushrooms, green onions and garlic. Add chicken and cornstarch mixture. Cook until thickened. Sorinkle with cashews and serve with rice.
