Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream
Yield: 2 cups
