Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 2 medium bell peppers chopped
  • 2 ribs celery chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 t worcestershire
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pds crawfish tails
  • 1 t leamon juice
  • 2 T kithcen bouquet

Preparation

Step 1

Sute onions, peppers, celery, garlic in butter. add rotel and simmer 15 minutes. add soup and simmer 20 minutes. add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes stirring often. Serve over rice.
