Mike's Smoked Salmon Fettucini

  • 1/4 lb pre-cooked smoked salmon
  • Fresh fettucini
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3/4 Cup Dry white wine
  • 3 teaspoons capers
  • 3 lemons
  • Oregano, rosemary, sage, basil, lemon pepper



Step 1

Break salmon into chunks. Mix cream with spices in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a light boil/simmer. Add wine to cream sauce. Add 3 teaspoons of capers. Simmer until a wooden spoon is lightly coated. Add salmon. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with water then add to sauce. Simmer until thickened and all is combined. Add to fresh fettucine that has been boiled according to package directions.
