Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Chicken Cutlets, cubed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, halved and sliced thinly
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Brown Minute Rice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger or 2 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
Add chicken cubes and stir for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until combined.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cook, covered for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and fluff the rice.
