Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 lb, pork tenderloin, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
  • 3 Tables. Roasted garlic grapeseed oil
  • 3 Tables. Lemon Rosemary Blend



Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, seal, and shake to combine and coat. When ready to serve, heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Sear the loin for about 3 minutes per side to lock in moisture. Transfer to oven and bake in 375* oven for about 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170*. Slice to serve. Alternatively, cook on the grill.
