Chipped Beef

  • 6 TBS butter
  • 3 jars dried beef, chopped
  • 6 TBS all purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, melt butter. Add dried beef, cook 3 mins. Stir in flour, add milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 - 2 mins longer. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Serve over toast
