Quick Soda Pop Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18.25-ounce) package lemon cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1 cup lemon-lime soda
• Confectioners' sugar for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except confectioners' sugar; mix well then pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool completely. When ready to serve, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
