Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 squares Semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 2 c cold milk
  • 2 pkg chocolate instant pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Microwave chocolate & butter on high 2 mins. until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted. Blend in sugar; mix in eggs & vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread into greased 9" pie pan. Bake 30 mins. Cool on wire rack. Scoop out center of brownie leaving 1/2" rim around edge and thin layer on bottom. Mix milk & pudding with wire whisk 2 mins. Stir in 1/2 Cool Whip and all but 1/2 brownie pieces.
Spoon mix into crust; top
with remaining Cool Whip & brownie pieces.
