Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
• 1/2 c conf. sugar
• 1 pkg. cream cheese, room temp
• 1 t grated orange zest
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 1/4 c strawberries
• 3 kiwi fruit
• 1/2 c blueberries
• 3 kiwi fruit
• 1/2 c blueberries
• 1 T apple juice or water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Coat 12" pizza pan with cooking spray. Press dough into pan; bake 12-15 mins. Cool. Reserve 1 T sugar; beat cream cheese, zest, vanilla and sugar until smooth; spread over cookie. Arrange fruit over frosting. In bowl, stir together jelly and juice. Microware in 10 sec. intervals until melted; brush over fruit. Sprinkle with reserved sugar.
