Ingredients
- 3 cans of beans—garbanzo, black, kidney; Drain all water
- Assorted Veggies—carrots, zucchini, etc; Saute in olive oil to soften
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/4 C Dijon Mustard
- Salt, pepper, cumin, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
- Oats

Preparation
Step 1
Put oats in food processor and grind, add in all other ingredients. (note—Steve hand mashed and they were delicious)
Form into patties
Pan fry
Serve over green salad
