Hot Ham and Cheese Eggo Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 Tbs butter or margarine
• 1 Tbs. olive oil
• 2 Homestyle Eggo waffles
• 1-2 slices of ham
• 1-2 slices of cheese
• Small squirt of mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and oil in frying pan.
On a plate, make a sandwich out of the frozen waffles, ham, cheese and mustard.
Place frozen sandwich in hot frying pan and cook as you would any grilled cheese sandwich

Serve right away. A side of cranberry sauce goes well with this.
