Lemon Glazed Sweet Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/3 cup apple jelly
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray

Unroll pizza dough, and pat dough into 9x12-inch rectangle. Spread jelly over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle raisins over jelly, pressing gently into dough. Beginning with aong side, roll up jellyroll-style, and pinch seam to seal (do not seal ends of roll). Cut roll into 12 (1-inch) slices. Place slices cut sides up in prepared muffin cups.

Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove rolls fro pan, and place on wire rack.

Combine confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and hot water in small bowl, stirring until smooth. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls. Serve warm.
