Peppermint Candy (Aunt June)

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb white chocolate
• 5 oz stick peppermint, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and peppermint in microwave. Stir. Pour on foil-covered cookie sheet with edges (shiny side up). Let dry and break into pieces.

Note: Put candy in a zip lock bag, cover with a towel and beat with a hammer.
