Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 3 Tbs flour
- 1 pkg strawberry Jello dissolved in 1/2 C cold water
- 2/3 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 C frozen sweetened strawberries
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 1 package Cream Cheese
- 1 10 oz package of frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and pureed
- 1/2 tsp Strawberry Extract
- 7 C powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix above and bake 30-35 minutes or until done.
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in ¼ cup strawberry puree and extract. Add sugar, beating until smooth. Add 2-3 drops of red food coloring for a very pink icing!
