Ginger Drink For Colds and Flu

Taken from a newspaper article about colds and the flu.
Ginger is good for nausea.
Honey and lemon are good for a sore throat and a cough.
Cayenne pepper is good for sinus problems.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a teapot place ginger root, pour boiling water over it and steep for about 5 minutes. Strain out ginger, add remaining ingredients, stir, drink and get well!
