Pizza Bake (WW)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb meat
  • 1/2 C mushrooms
  • 1/2 C bell pepper, chopped
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (7 1/2 Oz)
  • 1/3 C low fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 C low fat mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray 8 X 8 inch pan with Olive Oil Pam. Brown meat and add other ingredients besides cheeses and biscuits. Cut biscuits into small pieces and stir into sauce.

Bake 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 4-10 more minutes until cheese melts.
