- 1/2 cup Rossignol Pinot cabernet Wine
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, Rosemary, Tarragon, Thyme - Choppede Beef in marinade
