Ingredients

  • 1-24 oz pkg frozen beef ravioli
  • 2 T butter
  • 1-8 oz package slided fresh mushrooms
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 t dried italian seasoning
  • 1-10oz can diced mild tomatoes and green chiles drained
  • 2 T chopped basil
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare raviolo in large dutch oven according to package directions drain and keep warm. Melt butter in dutch oven over medium high heat. Ass mushrooms and next 3 ingredients sute over medium high heat 6 minutes oruntil mushrooms are tender. stir in diced tomatoes and green chiles basil and cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese add salt. Stir in ravioli tossint to coat.
