Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill.
Serve with vegetables: uncooked snow peas, sliced yellow squash and zucchini, radishes, sliced cucumbers and uncooked turnips, carrot sticks, and cooked artichokes.
Yields: 2 cups.
