Paleo Chard with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb red swiss chard or green swiss chard or any chard for that matter
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes,
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- lemon squeezed on top if you want

Preparation
Step 1
Trim coarse leaves and thick center ribs from chard; cut tender stems and leaves into 1/2-inch slices.
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skille add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes; add chard and cook until wilted,5 minutes; add tomatoes, cook for an additional few minutes.
Add lemon now after take off pan
