Ingredients
- 4 roasted red peppers, patted dry & coarsely chopped
- 1 c ricotta cheese
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 endive, leaves separated
- Pita crisps ( Stacy's brand recommended)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine peppers, ricotta, salt & pepper in food processor & process until smooth. Transfer to sm serving bowl & surround with pita chips.
