Ingredients

    roasted red peppers, patted dry & coarsely chopped

  • 1

    c ricotta cheese

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 1

    endive, leaves separated

  • Pita crisps ( Stacy's brand recommended)

Directions

Combine peppers, ricotta, salt & pepper in food processor & process until smooth. Transfer to sm serving bowl & surround with pita chips.
