Cherry or Blue berry pie filling
Place a paper cupcake liner in cups of mini muffin pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla beating well. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Lay wafer flat side down in muffin cups. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with pie filling on top.
