Spicy Tuna Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) Athens® Mini Phyllo Shells
  • 6 ounces sushi-grade tuna
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, 1/4″ diced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place the shells on a serving dish.

Cut the tuna into small cubes and place into a chilled small bowl.

Add the cucumber to the tuna along with the remaining ingredients. Gently toss the mixture together and evenly distribute among the shells.

Serve chilled.
