Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic sliced thin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 chicken breasts pounded thin
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 t parsley
- 1/8 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet heat until garlic is lightly browned
Coat chicken with flower
Add chicken to garlic and oil and slowly brown on both sides
While browning combine wine, broth parsley and pepper
Slowly add Marsala mixture to chicken. Cover and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes or until tender. If mixture tends to become too thick add broth or wine.
