Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients (baking soda, sugar, brown sugar, flour, salt).
3. Mash banana and combine with wet ingredients (egg, butter). Mix dry and wet ingredients together until smooth.
4. Mix in chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips.
5. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
