Kelli's Korn Kake

This is an old family recipe from Kelli Gates of the (Late, lamented) Mark & Brian show. Tasty by itself, by really good with chili.

Ingredients

• 1 can cream corn (Use the cheapest stuff you can find.)
• 1 7oz box corn muffin mix (Again, cheaper is better for this dish)
• 2 Tbs sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream (Non-fat preferred)
• 1/4 cup margarine

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Melt margarine in 8 1/2 in square pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into melted margarine. Bake 40-45 minutes or until top cracks and sides are golden brown.
