Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz.) can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 25 slices pepperoni (about 1 3/4 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Unroll dough; press or roll to form 14x10-inch rectangle. Place in sprayed pan with sides of dough extending evenly over sides of pan. Lightly press dough in bottom and up sides of pan.
3. Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over dough. Spread pizza sauce evenly over cheese. Top with pepperoni and remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
4. With scissors, make 2-inch cut at each corner of dough. Bring all ends of dough together at center; twist to secure at top of pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
