Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing ingredients in a medium-size serving bowl. Add cabbages and carrots. Toss to mix and coat. Makes 5 cups.
