Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of chicken chopped
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 1 to 2 T paprika
  • 2 T water
  • 1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Season checken with salt and pepper. In a skillet brown well in hot oil. REmove chicken and set aside. In pan drippings saute onions with papriks till tender. Add chicken and water mix well and cover simmer till chicken is cooked. Remove chicken keep warm. Stir sour cream into onion mixture not to a boil and put chicken back in and then serve over noodles.
