Wild Mushroom Salad

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 dash chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup finely-sliced shiitake and oyster
In a hot skillet add all ingredients and sautee for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve on top of anything!
