Date Pudding

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, beaten yolks and whites separately
• 3/4 C sugar
• 1/2 C nuts, cut coarse
• 1 C dates, cut up
• 1 heaping T flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• Whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Put dry ingredients together then add eggs. Bake in slow oven. Top with whipped cream.
