Ingredients

  • 2 * 2 small peaches, peeled and quartered
  • 1 * 1 medium banana
  • 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 * 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 * 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil (found at health food stores)
  • 1 * 1 or 2 ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
