Ingredients
- 2 * 2 small peaches, peeled and quartered
- 1 * 1 medium banana
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 * 1 tablespoon nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 * 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 * 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil (found at health food stores)
- 1 * 1 or 2 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
