Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 4 8oz. pakages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 fo 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheeese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla, pour over crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250, continue baking 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan cool before removing rim. Chill
Top with pie filling just before serving.
