    boneless skinless chicken breast

    cup broth

  • 2

    cloves garlic

    wedges onion

    cups Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix

  • 1

    stick butter

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    pint sour cream

  • 8

    ounces frozen broccoli -- thawed

Directions

Place chicken breast, broth, garlic and onion in a skillet and bring just to a boil over med/hi heat, turn down to medium - cover and simmer until pink is gone - about 15-20 min. Remove the chicken and shred with a fork and set aside. Reserve broth (this should equal i cup, but if it doesn't add enough canned broth to equal one cup. Melt the butter and pour over stuffin mix in a bowl and whisk with a fork to blend. Spread 1/2 the stuffing mix in a large casserole (9x13) Blend soup, soour cream and resereved broth together with a wire whisk. Place shredd chicken over layer of stuffing - spread broccoli over chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Then top with remaining stuffing. Bake 30 min. at 350. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : I thought this was a little dry
