Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

  • FIRST lAYER:
  • 1 1/4 C. Flour
  • 1 stick butter,
  • softened
  • 1/2 C. chopped nuts
  • SECOND lAYER:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 container cool whip
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • THIRD LAYER:
  • 2-3oz boxes of instant
  • chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk.

Preparation

Step 1

First Layer:
Mix and press into bottom of
9 X 13 pan.
Bake 350 for 20 mins. Cool.

Second Layer:
Mix together and put on first
layer.

Third Layer:
Mix well, put on second layer.

Last layer:
The rest of the cool whip & nuts.
