cups cold leftover mashed potatoes
teaspoon onion powder
cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook bacon in a large deep skillet about 10 min. Remove, crumble and set aside. Leave drippings in pan. Mix potatoes, eggs, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir in bacon and cheese. Form 8 patties. Pan fry in heated drippings about 4 minutes each side.
