Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash avocado and yolks in a small bowl and squeeze in the lemon half. Add salt to taste and spoon into egg whites. Enjoy!
